Shipping Policy

DPack offers reliable shipping to Melbourne Metro (Victoria). We dispatch from Melbourne.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Melbourne Metro (Victoria) only.

We do not currently offer interstate or international shipping.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are based on your order value (ex GST):

Bulk Orders (10+ Cartons)

  • Submit a request through our Bulk Orders page for a custom freight quote
  • Pallet delivery available for large orders

All shipping costs are calculated on the ex GST order value. GST is added at checkout.


3. Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian and national public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day

4. Shipping Carrier

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.


5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided via email when your order is dispatched
  • Track your order using the tracking link in the dispatch email or through the Australia Post website
  • Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update
  • You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete including unit/suite numbers
  • We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses
  • PO Box delivery is NOT available
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): You can request ATL in your order notes. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after being left at the delivery address

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • Incorrect address: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, a re-shipping fee will apply
  • Missed delivery: The carrier will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection from a nearby post office. Additional carrier fees may apply for redelivery attempts
  • Refused delivery: If you refuse delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus return shipping costs

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery using our Returns Form
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products
  • Do not dispose of the damaged items or packaging until we advise
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Lost in Transit

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, submit a request through our Returns Form
  • We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Heavy or oversized items: May require a freight quote. Submit a request through our Bulk Orders page before ordering
  • We do not deliver to parcel lockers for large or heavy items

10. Bulk and Pallet Orders

For orders exceeding 10 cartons or 200kg:

  • Submit a request through our Bulk Orders page for a custom freight quote
  • Pallet delivery is available (forklift or dock access may be required at the delivery address)
  • Tailgate service is available for deliveries without loading dock access (additional fee may apply)

11. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our warehouse by arrangement:
